promote the protection of the fish, the flora and fauna and wrecks found in such areas;
preserve and enhance the natural beauty of such area;
promote of the enjoyment by the public of such areas; and
promote scientific study and research in respect of such areas.

support and promote the protection and conservation of Appendix I, II and III species by regulating trade in specimens of those species and, in doing so, give effect in Anguilla to the Convention.
