A one year warranty and free servicing applies to anchors and moorings installed by DFMR for general wear and tear (except for negligent acts). Although the moorings, anchors, sand screws or other services were rendered or installed by the Government of Anguilla DFMR, the Government of Anguilla does not bear any responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from their use. Non-refundable 50% deposit of total cost required before the commencement of services, and balance due five working days upon completion of services.
